Scrip:
Scrip is a wonderful way to raise additional funds for the church just by doing your regular shopping, gas and entertainment purchases. Ebenezer has scrip on hand for many local stores including Walmart, Piggly Wiggly, Tractor Supply, several area gas stations and restaurants. Scrip is also available for many other hotels and retail businesses.
Sales for scrip can be purchased in the church office during regular business hours or after worship on Sunday mornings. It can also be ordered online.
Card Ministry:
Ebenezer would like to know of members who are home-bound, ill, or hospitalized so our card ministry can make sure they are remembered. Please contact the church office (ebenezeroffice@yahoo.com) with any updated information.
Church Council:
Church Council meets on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 7:30 a.m. – all are welcome to these public meetings!
Bible Study –The adult Bible Study group meets 3 Sunday evenings each month, September through May in the church lounge from 5:30-6:30 pm
Dartball: Ebenezer has two dartball teams that play against other area churches and Organizations on Tuesday nights from October through March
Confirmation for 8th grade students is run through the Damascus Project, an on-line study that the students work on independently with guidance from the pastor. Confirmation Sunday is the first Sunday of May.
Sunday School for 4-year-olds – 7th grade meets at 8:00 on Sunday mornings. Classes run from September – May. Learn more about the Sunday School program.
Eagle Article/Weekly Due Dates:
Eagle articles and/or images for inclusion in the next months newsletter are due to the office by the 3rd Tuesday of each month (unless specified in the weekly announcements).
Weekly bulletin announcements are due to the office by Tuesday mornings.
Flower Donations:
If you are interested in donating flowers for the altar, please add your name next to the date you would like on Flower Poster located on the board in the Narthex Hallway. Please notify the church office if it is a special occasion so that can be included in the weekly bulletin.
Bulletin or Eagle Sponsorship:
If you would like to sponsor a Sunday bulletin or a monthly “Eagle” newsletter in memory of a loved one, please contact the church office at 920-849-4331 or send an email to ebenezeroffice@yahoo.com.
